im having on going issue with samsung over my faulty tv,its out of warrenty yet since purchased it its had a repair in the first 9months now has a second fault,samsung are not willing to help they say i have to either buy a new tv or go to independent tv repairs

purchased 23/11/2011 then was taken way for repair 5/07/2012 model PS43D450A2W manufactorer samsung.43" plasma tv serial number b2r034pbb01438l brought from very catalogue.
