entered into a contract to purchace a time share property in florida. we asked the salesman and the sales manager if the purchace included the flights. we asked them three times and each time they said it did. having been a regular traveler on package holidays we know that the lion share of the holiday cost is the flights. there was three of us at the presentation, my wife and I and son. we entered into the agreement in September 2010. we were unable to use the property in 2011 due to medical reasons. we paid the mortgage monthy and was deducted from my credit card. when we booked to return in 2012 we were shocked to be informed the we would have to purchase our own airline tickets which as you can imagine was expensive. we tried to arrange a meeting while we were there. but got knowwhere. no one was interested. so on my return to the UK I contacted my credit card company to have the payments frozen. I was asked to send copies of my contract and waited for a responce. there answer was that there was no breach of contract under section 75 of the consumer credit act. I understood that a verbal agreement had been made. If I new that flights were not included, I would have never entered into the purchase. Time share used to be frowned upon many years ago. but I thought they had cleaned there act up by now? Kindest Regards XXXXX XXXXX
