My son Glynn Parry is the father of three children but has

Customer Question

My son Glynn Parry is the father of three children but has not married the mother, Carrie Jones, who has been diagnosed with Autism. The eldest child Logan has also been diagnosed with Autism while the two female siblings do not appear to suffer the same problem at present-aged 4 and 2.5. All three children have been registered with the mothers surname with no reference to the father.
Glynn is carrying out 95% of the household's work. As grandparents we are worried that the Autistic mother may "blow her top" and jeapordise the continued care for her three children. If there is a threatened extraction of the children from this household, do we as granparents have any rights?
