Thank you for your question . My name is Jo and I will try to help with this.

-Could you explain your situation a little more?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

On the 19th of April I was on my normal duty to pick a passenger

coming from Nigeria in Heathrow t4 around 11.45am . as I was about

to enter the terminal a man approached me and said he was stranded

and that he would need a taxi to Enfield and that he was ready to pay

£50. I was going inside the terminal when he was saying all these. when I entered the terminal I told him that I have come to pick up a

passenger in which I showed him the name of the passenger. He insisted that but I told him I cannot carry him because I came in here for

a purpose. He left me and went on his way, but to my greatest surprised

I saw two undercover police came to me that I was under arrest for suspecting touting , and that somebody has come and reported me to them . I asked to see the person they said no .these same officers has

been victimizing ,harassing , and even they have stopped me during

the course of duty for almost 40 times. they have even called my office

like 30times to confirm my illegality at Heathrow which was all positive

They have been after my works and my life. On that particular day I was

taken to there office detained for 5hours before I was realised and the

case was charge to court for hearing. On the court date instead of the officer to come to court they failed to turn up instead they came in to meet me where I sat and said they have got a bye law order for me

not to enter Heathrow. though , I refused to take it form them and asked

them to bring to court ,but they drop it and left.

This has had advert effect my life .

On the 19th of May 2013 at around 12noon I went to terminal 3 to

drop my sister children on there way to France for school trip

on my way coming back home I was arrested saying I have commit offence for coming to Heathrow. I was detained again for almost 4

hours and later released and asked me to come to court on 30th of this month.

Why did you refuse to take the bye law please?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Because the bye law was issued in respect of allegation still conteded

for in the court

Expert:  Jo C. replied 3 years ago.

I'm really sorry if I'm missing the point here. However, if your point is that the bye law is on hold because there is an outstanding criminal investigation then I'm afraid that is a misconception unfortunately.

The fact of an outstanding criminal investigation does not mean that the bye law does not apply or otherwise suspend it.

I am sorry if thats bad news. Please let me know if you need more information.
