Good afternoon,Please help me because I dont know what

Customer Question

Good afternoon, Please help me because I don't know what to do anymore. My husband has been taking money out of my account without my permission and when I ask him about it he denies it. (I know it is him because he has constant money problems and he is into gambling. 1. On Saturday 8th June £150 was cashed out of my account. My bankcard disappeared from my bag and the pin number was there too. It could not have been a fraud because it was just an extra bank card what I haven't used yet in any cash mashine. He went out that night and came home very late. Also, it was cashed out in Edgware road where he goes very often. 2. He admitted that he has found my bank login details and while I was abroad he took £6000 loan from the bank under my name. I am having constant problems with my accounts, but I can not prove anything and he is not just getting away with it he keeps doing it.

3. Also, a couple of months ago I noticed that some money was going out of my account without my knowledge. I went to the bank and the fraud investigator told me that they can not refund the money because the same IP address was used for those transactions as I used to book my holiday. He knew I was going to the bank that morning and I checked it with my daughter as soon as I left he went on the computer I try to take more money. They could see it in the bank that someone tried to take money out of my account that moring. He denied it of course and gets very rude.

4. Around the same time my children's ipad and ipod resapperard from the flat as well.

5. Without my permission he has put my bank details down to pay for bills and stuff.

6. He has taken money out of my beg.
