HI.

Thank you for your question . My name is Jo and I will try to help with this.

-Could you explain your situation a little more?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.

hi Jo,

thank you for your reply.

I am being accused of having committed acts for which there is no evidence.

my reputation has been tarnished to the point that now a warrant for my arrest has been granted by the Court, even though, as I said before, there is no evidence to any of the allegations which are:

1. I have been unfaithful on at least two counts with different people.

2. I have said things

3. I have harassed

4. I have committed acts of violence

5. I have threatened

6. I have intimidated

7. I intend to do acts

8. I pose a danger to others

the list could go on, but i think you get the gist of the case.

i have been harmed and i think there is a strong case of defamation.

can you help?

thanks

Thanks

That is potentially defamatory.

What is your question about this? What would you like to know?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

I would like to know the best way to start. the forms to fill and things to avoid at the early stages. etc.
