My sons employer has three employees and pays them by cheque

Customer Question

My son's employer has three employees and pays them by cheque on the 5th every month. My son's bank account is with the same bank and branch as his employer. These cheques keep bouncing. This month it has bounced twice and has been represented for the third time last Thursday. We wont know if this has cleared until early next week. He wont pay the wages in cash. Can we refuse to accept his cheque and insist on cash?

I see you've rated bad service - but you have't even answered my initial question? I've had no opportunity to help you?
