Hello - my name is Leanne and it will be my pleasure to assist you today.

Generally no.

The order would normally be revoked or they would sentence you in some other way, ie such as financial penalty.

But no, you are outside of the jurisdiction.

If I can help further please let me know.

Please see attached link. This seems to suggest that as of 2011, probation may be served in any member EC state?

Thanks,

Paul

In theory it is possible but even if, for example you were sentenced in England and went to live in Scotland you would not get a community based sentence because they simply do not like doing cross border orders.

So while in theory you can, in practice it does not happen, you are more likely to get a large fine.
