Hi
Thank you for your question
I shall do my best to assist you but I need further information first
How old is the child and who has his day to day care?
Whose name is on the tenancy agreement

Our son will be 18months on the 19th of this month.
My partner also looks after him durin the day when she's not at work but when she is at work her mum and dad have him.
The tenancy is in both our names but mine comes first as it was down to my local connection to the village that we got offered the place.

Hi
Is there anything in the Tenancy Agreement which prevents your ex from holding the tenancy in her sole name now?

Hello,

Just a quick reminder, there is an information request here from the Expert. This means they need to know more details before they will be able to give you a full answer.

Thank you,
