Do you mean they are trying to seize assets that do not belong to the Company?

If so can you prove ownership

yes personal items and post which is not related to the company,they are als holding a huge deposit from the company which covers arrears.

And are you no longer in possession of the office?

Basically a landlord can distrain on possessions for arrears of rent but they cannot seize goods that do not belong to the Tenant i.e. the company so if they have and you can prove ownership they should release the goods otherwise they are committing a tort by doing so.

Also you must be a tenant not a licencee there is no right to distrain over a licencee eg in an accommodation office
