hi-we have a right of way up our driveway into a gated forest

Customer Question

hi-we have a right of way up our driveway into a gated forest beyond. The man who owns the forest ous to court 5 years ago as we moved the driveway back to its rightful course as per the land registry documents and he was told by the judge that we had done nothing wrong and also he could not expect us to leave our driveway clear 24/7 in case he wanted to use what is a secondary route into the forest. Since then he has been very difficult - we do keep a car on the driveway and on the odd occasion that he wants to come through we do always move it within a few minutes. He goads us into reacting with his horrible ways and now has decided that the plastic planters that we use to circle the lawn in front of the right of way is obstructing him -the plants are on our lawn and NOT on the driveway. He came through yesterday with a new forestry manager and started again. He "pushed " my husband -going on about how the court case had taken all our savings last time and did we want it to happen again! Also was my husband threatening him- when my husband said no -but obviously that was what he wanted - he just smirked and went right up to my husbands face. He is now going on about an injunction - but we have done nothing wrong -just tried to defend ourselves against a really horrible man . I find him very intimidating and hate to be there on my own in case he starts .We cannot afford to defend ourselves against him so what can we do?

Do you have a specific question?

sorry-basically -what can he do with this injunction? I did remind him of the judge s comments and he wouldn't even look at me and also surely he cant go to court over 12 plastic flower pots that stand on my lawn side of the right of way-he is such a loose canon with plenty of money .Can he just fire off injunctions against us without us being advised?

also - what exactly does an injunction do - I have tried looking it up but seems to mean differnet things for different instances - will it count as a "record" against us.
