You have paid a good-faith deposit to ask a question on JustAnswer, which is a paid question-and-answer site. When you receive an answer, if you are satisfied, you rate your answer, and that transfers payment to the Expert.

Please let me know if this is not what you expected from the site and whether or not you would like to continue.

first and foremost I do want to pay more than £33. I have an ongoing issue

with my neighbours regarding the conifer trees overhanging my garden.

every time I raise the issue all I get is verbal abuse.

What are my rites and what can I do to resolve this problem. the trees are over 30 feet high and hang over my property by 15 feet.

I have
been asked to look at this for you. We can tell you how to deal with this but
we cannot do the letter for you. Is that okay?

The fee
you have paid is absolutely fine and applies regardless of the number of
exchanges we make.

Just a quick reminder, there is an information request here from the Expert. This means they need to know more details before they will be able to give you a full answer.

Thank you,
