If a contract is signed between a donor and donee and the donee

Customer Question

If a contract is signed between a donor and donee and the donee organisation ceases to exist in the form indicated in the contract because it changes its name to avoid prosecution by HMRC - is the contract still operative or does the newly created identity still have possession of the donor organisation technically?
