Customer Question

We agreed to sell our property to a buyer last September. He has messed as around all this time and now we have being forced to set a dead line of the 31st of July. I really don't know why he's doing this but it has caused a great deal of upset. We have a letter from him agreeing to buy it at £380.000 then emails agreeing on the final price of 400,000.As negotiations where between ourselves and not a agent. I know a buyer can pull out at any time but as we have his written agreement does this not constitute a contract.
Many Thanks
Peter
