Customer Question

A customer has written a bad review blaming us for poor service and implying we did not try to help them. The customer has also failed to tell the whole story and has neglected to point out that they have a report from the manufacturer clearly stating the problem is a lack of customer maintenance and that we offered a resolution to their problems which they accepted. Where do we stand?
