Hi there we own a company and have an employee about to leave us next month we just want to make sure we have everything we need for him to make sure all paperwork is in order he signed a contract back in 2010 when he joined the company but since then in 2012 the terms ie the way and amount in which he was paid changed are we allowed to type up a contract with the new terms and get him to sign saying this was effective from April last year
