The Solicitors issued me with the invoice on the 29 of July for the email they send me (with the reply to the question from 29 of May . (after 2 months).

Are they not obliged to issue an invoice within 30 days?

I have approach the solicitor firm to deal with my nhs application.


I have agreed a fixed fee f 2000 + VAT for an application.


 


I have send them 2 email asking for further quotes and 1 email with specific question - like how to register the company to be complaint with nhs rules and ready to start registration.


After 2 months from this email I was billed for 360 GBP (VAT inclusive)


for an answer to this email.

they even could not produced a client care letter.

I did not submit counter claim so the Judge could not include any costs.
