Customer Question

Hello, we placed an order for some business equipment with a long standing reputable company in Germany. The terms for payment were staged, 10% with order, 40% at next stage of reburbishment, at this stage we were getting a bit worried as to their lack of response etc and delayed delivery date. They have had 82K from us and delayed agreed delivery (which we paid extra for specific date) they have now gone into administration. The administrators and their sister company have told us we have lost the money, even tho we have had a letter from the sister company saying they would stand by us should the other company default. There is also an element of Government grant in this. What would you suggest the way forward is? Do we stand a chance?
