Whats wrong with them exactly please?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

after home examinationwe were told one eye needed stronger lense than

other eye. assured that this would be accommodated. we consider that the glasses.have not overcome this problem

It depends exactly what has happened here.

If the glasses do not fit the prescription then thats a simple sale of goods act dispute and you are entitled to a refund.

If its just that the prescription is inadequate then you can argue that there was negligence in the prescription. Obviously that will depend on the situation. Obviously not all prescriptions can sort out problems completely. If its a wildly wrong prescription though then you would have a claim.

Probably they will not contest this. Its not worth the manpower hours of doing so but obviously nobody can guarantee it.

Can I clarify anything for you?
