Customer Question

I am trying to explain to a new management team that we will be employing that commonhold is very different to leasehold. This is in London UK. All he keeps telling me to do is go and lay in the sun and rest!! I do want to offload some of the responsibilities but want him to understand that he should do what we (six units) want him to do.

Hi

Thank you for your question.

What exactly is the situation? Do you have a group of leaseholders who own a company that owns the freehold? So effectively you are your own landlords?

Are you a director of the management company?

Kind regards

AJ
