My mothers trust loaned my father 150,00 to buy a property

Customer Question

My mothers trust loaned my father 150,00 to buy a property which he only ever made two payments on then stopped. He died in june and his will talks about the house as if it is his. Can this be right.

is her name noted on the deeds or does he have a charge or is there any other record either that the money was used to buy the property and that she has an interest in it or that she actually led Tim the money?

Were your mother and father married?
Can we have the background to why she made the loan and where it came from please?
