Hello, my name is Ben and it is my pleasure to assist you with your question today.
Before proceeding please note that as I am a practising solicitor, I am often in and out of meetings, travelling between clients or even at court when I pick your question up. This may even occur at weekends. Therefore, I apologise in advance but there may be a delay in getting back to you and providing my advice. Please be patient and I will respond as soon as I can. You do not have to wait here and you will receive an email when I have responded. For now please let me know how long she has worked for the company.
FOR BEN JONES Hi en my name is Andy. All I want to know if it right under English Law that my daughter should be left without monies to cover her living expenses?
she has been with the company for over two years
What is her entitlement to sick pay And what procedure should have been pillowed by the employer?
Hi not sure if you saw my reply above - What is her entitlement to sick pay And what procedure should have been pillowed by the employer?
forget get unless you can confirm that is wrong for the company to leave without funds to live on.
No it is not necessarily wrong for them to do that but it depends entirely on what has happened, what her entitlement was, what policies are in place, etc so without the requested information i can't really give you my advice
