Can a neighbour be harassed from reviewing CCTV images days

Customer Question

Can a neighbour be harassed from reviewing CCTV images days after a visit to his home

The neighbours contractors were causing a nuisance by playing a radio at high volume

I went round to the neighbours to ask them to tell their contractors to turn the radio down

The neighbours were not in so they could not have been harassed when I visited

The neighbours have complained that my visit caused them harassment having reviewed
their CCTV some days after my visit

Northumbria Police visited the neighbours site subsequent to my visit and agreed the contractors music was being played at too higher volume

On this basis my visit to the neighbours property was reasonable and proportionate in the circumstances

Can I be charged with causing harassment in these circumstances
