I'm not sure what you want to achieve here?

I do understand that it can be annoying to be targeted by security staff without any basis but it is something they are free to do. This is ultimately private property and their job is to protect their goods.

You can make a subject access request to the police for any information they hold upon which would show the absence of any convictions. It will cost about £10 and you can do that at any police station.

However, there is really no point because even if you show it to the store staff it doesn't stop them targeting you.

The only possible action could be in harassment which is very hard to show. They will argue that they have some legitimate reason for targeting you.

For what its worth, you do not have to return there. If you feel you are being mistreated then you are free to shop elsewhere.

Alternatively I suppose you could complain to the store.

I'm sorry this isn't the answer you wanted but it is the position that you face and I have a duty to inform you truthfully.

Hope this helps. Please let me know if you need more information.
