I have upgraded my contract with the Three company in June 2012. In November 2012 I switched on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S3) but the screen went black and wasn’t working. I took the phone to the local Three store and it been send to the technicians for repair. I got the letter from the Three telling me that phone was water damaged and cannot be repaired. As my phone didn’t come to the any direct contact with the water and I wasn’t sure if that is the case why is not working, I have sent it Samsung galaxy to the company M Blue LTD for a diagnostic service. Technician confirmed that the phones screen been damaged by the water and needs to be changed.
However, as I just had this phone for a few months, I have decided to change the screen in the local shop called Wireless Vision Ltd. I have taken my phone there on 18/02/2013 and paid £160 for the Samsung Galaxy repairs. It took a while for a Wireless Vision Ltd to fix my phone and finally I collected the phone on 19/03/2013. As I was trying to make a call I become aware that Samsung Galaxy S3 mic wasn’t working and I took it back to the Wireless Vision Ltd. Technician have told me that is nothing to do with the screen and I have to take to the Three to be repaired as the mic repairs should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
My phone was sent for repairs by Three on 26.03.2013.
Weeks, months have passed and I didn’t get any replay from the Three. After countless visits to the local Three store and countless calls to the customer service I been told that my phone was blacklisted by Vodafone.
I wanted to know how did it happen and I have requested the Three to investigate the case. Unfortunately the Three doesn’t replay to my letters and if I call the customer service they say just “sorry your phone was blacklisted “and that’s all what they can say. I paid £160 for the screen repair and I pay the Three contract every month without having any phone from them. These entire situation become very stressful for me and I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

When I have sent the request to the JustAnswer it said that I will get the email with the further information and unfortunately I never did . Based on that, I would like to get refund of £33 which I paid to the JustAnswer account.
