I am not interested to go back to working with them (if that is what you are asking). I would be interested in some kind of compensation both monetary and ethical. If they could learn something out of it and staff would stop treating colleagues like they did me, that would also be great.
Not sure whether, i need to go to that meeting with any amount in my mind. Should I calculate how much this dismissal costed me?
