I need clear accurate facts please.

When did you get the statutory demand?

Did you apply to court to set it aside?

Do you dispute the money is owed?

Why did you not send the £1000 and a post dated cheque for the
balance?

Why don't you do that now?

I need accurate details including exactly what you have received,
and timescales because the timescales are extremely important
