I have not got a clue what the form is or what it's for or why
you have to sign it and therefore it is absolutely impossible to tell you whether
it can be done by CAB or not.

If it needs swearing in front of a solicitor, it must be done in
front of the solicitor and that cannot be done at the CAB be unless they have a
solicitor there when you pop along

Some documents need witnessing by a solicitor and the same
applies.

Some documents need witnessing by a Notary Public and you will
not find one of those at the CAB.

Some documents can be witnessed by anyone including relatives.

Some documents can be witnessed by anyone except relatives.

We are not CAB

The form pertains to my Widows pension (SWISS), to ascertain that I am alive. It needs to be stamped by my local authority, or any official administration.

Having gone the CAB website I thought I would receive adviceor been able to have an apointment. I understood Legal advice was available.

I have not got a clue what "official administration" is under
Swiss law.

The Citizen's Advice Bureau is not any kind of official
organisation, it is a charity.

If you want to make sure that it is done properly, any solicitor
will do this for you to the payment of just 5 pounds.

They will usually do it without an appointment if you just call but
it would depend on what the solicitor is signing and stamping in respect of.

Does that answer the question? Can I help further?
