I have a damaged electric bed the shop says it wont change have wrote twice sending pics of damage and asked for bed to be replaced with no luck also did charge back scheme still unsuccessful an pre arbitration was done still no luck reason for failing goods not returned so can an ombudsman help me ?

after 9 days of purchasing the bed I noticed dam so rang the shop and the owner said if I had noticed dam on day one he would have done something but because it was nine days later he would do nothing when I purchased the bed I payed for them to take my bed away and install new bed when bed was delivered it was fully assembled in the back of a van with just a dust sheet for protection so I asked him why no wrapping on bed he said all beds come like this so I asked if he checked bed for damage he said he had and the delivery men had too that is when I realised he gave me the display bed instead of a new bed the bed has little chips on base and a scratch and same on bed post and head rest

I assume that by "dam", you mean damage.

You appear to have paid by debit card, not credit card because
you refer to chargeback. Please confirm.
