after 9 days of purchasing the bed I noticed dam so rang the shop and the owner said if I had noticed dam on day one he would have done something but because it was nine days later he would do nothing when I purchased the bed I payed for them to take my bed away and install new bed when bed was delivered it was fully assembled in the back of a van with just a dust sheet for protection so I asked him why no wrapping on bed he said all beds come like this so I asked if he checked bed for damage he said he had and the delivery men had too that is when I realised he gave me the display bed instead of a new bed the bed has little chips on base and a scratch and same on bed post and head rest
