no we went on the fact we were assured this was the best deal for us

Ok. And have you spoken to the power company to say you are on a fixed price deal?
spoke to them to ask why there is an outstanding bill when they gave us a cheaper monthly rate an outstanding bill wasnt disscussed. they were aware of our usage when this was done on line
But do they say you are in a fixed price plan or variable please?
It was variable. But surely it has to stay the same for a year otherwise the could give you a rate one day you sign up and they change it the next
