I have asked for re-imbursement of the £350 excess yesterday and they said they would put a cheque through my door, which they haven't. I have tried calling/texting them today but they haven't replied. I have now written to them, enclosing copies of emails from the insurance broker showing the £350 excess and also the £100 to remove the mirror. I am now awaiting a response from them
