It appears that I have been contacting the wrong people. I have emailed, as attachments the relative correspondence and photographs and will do this again if necessary. I am not sure what you mean by `user` name with `Sky` is it my password XXXXX R. XXXXX in which case do require in password XXXXX email password? I await your reply. to repeat I require a solicitors letter, as I know that the £6 vouchers which I am holding the other £6 vouchers were returned as to cash them would be construed as adequate compensation and my request was for cash compensation.
