Do I need a cease and desist letter to send to the ebay seller and is there a way of finding out who manufactured these products.

Thanks.

May I ask if you have yet contacted the seller please?

Hi Joshua,

JACUSTOMER-su8stoff- :

Sorry for the late reply, for some reason I can't log on on my computer at home. I have found out one of the UK suppliers and have been in contact with them and they have agreed to give me 5% royalties on what they sell, and want to meet me to discuss this. I think they are being genuinely reasonable. I have emails from the director which I could copy to you. They have contacted the mill that produces these in China where they are buying them from and they are sticking to their story that they have designed them. So at this stage I'm just after advice on what I should get from the UK supplier in terms of an agreement on royalties and whether there's anything I can send to the mill in China?
