i am on contract to time talk for phone rental and broadband till 16.1.14 on a recent enquirey to them i was offered a new contract which was to good to refuse i asked for confirmation in writing to cover myself on receiving this it bore little resembalance to what was ageed i rang to tell them to cancell the new contract as wasnt what we agreed and was told the new contract had been implemented as from 19.1.13 what course of action can i take
