Can you give me a little more detail please. As you question is very open ,Are they charged with an offence , if so which article of the theft act is quoted ?

Errrrm, I don't think it's come to court yet, but he's been charged with


anything yet. but that's the one that I don't understand the meaning, and I don't see the theft act quoted anywhere. It just lists all the offences he's been accused of.
