The flat I am renting has turned into a building site. Dust

Customer Question

The flat I am renting has turned into a building site. Dust everywhere, no hot water and no heating. Please let me know how I can get out of my contract when it's paid six months in advance and I've only been there for three months?
The landlord is being very difficult and will not cancel the contract or pay any of my expenses since I can not live in the flat.

Many thanks,
Wenche
