We have a Tenant that has refused to go on the possession order,

Customer Question

We have a Tenant that has refused to go on the possession order, we then got a bailiff warrant from the county court and the tenant was not nice to deal with and refused to leave.
The bailiff advised me that they can not physically gain entry and remove the tenant.
I have contacted the police for their assistance bur they will only come if she is abusive.

Can you please inform what to do next as we have another eviction date for the 16th January.

Thank you vey much for your help.

Is this an Assured Shorthold Tenancy? Is the tenant still paying rent?

Hi,

Thank you.

Did you apply for a writ of possession in the High Court?

The bailiffs from the High Court tend to be more effective.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

AJ
