Customer Question

I am a discharged bankrupt as from 2001, am I able to TO BECOME A POWER OF ATTORNEY ON BEHALF OF A FAMILY MEMBER

Hi,

Thank you for your question and welcome.

My name is AJ and I will assist you.

A discharged bankrupt is entitled to become an Attorney under a Lasting Power of Attorney or Enduring Power of Attorney. This assumes you are not subject to any disqualification orders or undertakings to or from the secretary estate as this would obviously effect your ability to deal with the persons affairs, if they relate to a company.

Can I be of any further assistance?

Kind regards

AJ

Hi,

Thank you.

I am afraid I cannot send you any other answer than through this thread.

The best way to print it our maybe through a screen shot, otherwise I can refer you to customer service who may be able to offer a printable solution?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

AJ
