If a consent order is put on a property that it has to be sold

Customer Question

If a consent order is put on a property that it has to be sold and the proceeds have to be divided between two parties, then one of the parties starts delaying tactics to prevent the property being sold when a willing buyer has been found with a view to possibly preventing it being sold, is this a contempt of court?

Hi
My apologies for the delay - a glitch took you off my lists.
So the Court Ordered the sale and there is a purchaser?
