this a commercial property , the bayliffs said i did not need one as they had not paid the rent for 12 months
What you need to do is complete form N5 - http://hmctsformfinder.justice.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/n005-eng.pdf and submit it to the County Court
The Court will list the matter for a hearing and decide whether to give possession.
Once possession is given then if they refuse to leave they can be evicted.
If they come back they can be evicted again because you have a Court Order.
so they can be evicted again and again.
But you need this Court Order to do it
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
DO YOU HAVE EXAMPLE OF HOW TO FILL THESE FORM
THE N130 IS NOT CLEAR HOW TO FILL
HI WHENT TO COURT
THE JUDGE SAID I DID NOT NEED possession AS I ALREADY forfeited THE LEASE
SO SHE DISMISSED THE CASE,
TOLD THE JUDGE ABOUT THE POLICE SHE SAID THEY HAD TO INTERFEAR AND KICK THEM OUT
POLICE IS REFUSING TO ACT.
