My son has a life interest in a trust fund, upon his death

Resolved Question:

My son has a life interest in a trust fund, upon his death the fund is divided
between 6 remaindermen Can you tell me what happens if he outlives the remaindermen, and if he does what happens to the fund on his death

Hello,

In that case the fund will revert back to the Testator's estate as your son only has a life interest in it and there will be no remaindermen left to take the fund.

Hope this helps
