I'm looking for answers to the following questions:
Which bit do you have questions on?
From question no 6 to the end of form
Which country are they in?
some questions answered, but I'm not sure if its correct
Defendant is in Lithuania.
Did you get Judgment by default or on admission?
And did you post the claim form or the Court?
Ok - but he also lives abroad?
I post it. According to the court if defendant is out of jurisdiction claimant responsible to post all the paperwork
I received pack of docs from the court and posted to defendant.
Does your form look like this:
yes. Absolutely the same form I filled in.
one second, I will upload it.
Please click on "Full Size Image". You should see filled document.
Name of Court: Northampton Bulk Centre
And you have a signed receipt for delivery?
Do you mean that instead of Northampton (CCMC) County Court I should use Northampton Bulk Centre?
Yes put Northampton CCMC
It is Northampton CCMC right now. What do you mean Northampton Bulk Centre?
You put County Court Money Claim Centre.
You need to change this to Northampton CCMC
That's clear now.
Yes, I have signed receipt for delivery of pack of docs to defendant in Lithuania.
All the rest of the form is ok -
But I only have up to page 5
you have up to point 13.4
I just uploaded full form
6 you need to put yes
9 - Yes
13.4 - yes
let's do it step by step through questions from no 6 up to the end.
Otherwise its fine.
No need just amend those points
But everything else looks ok.
Can I clarify anything?
one second please I will review it
7 and 8 are my answers correct?
7, 8, 10 and 11 - are my answers correct?
7 - correct
8 - correct
10 - yes
11 - yes
11.1 needs to choose 1 of 3 answers
11.1 - Article 13 because you have service with receipt
11.2 - ?
11.2 - you can put yes because Art 16 and 17 say that the debtor must have had a copy of the claim form and details on how to contest it.
I assume you included the claim form pack etc?
12 would be service Art 3
13 - would be the same
Hold on. 12 I suppose would be NO as service of summons haven't been used?
Sorry my fault, I got too excited.
You just put n/a
12.1 - ?
12.1 - Art 13 - yes
You leave all the summons ones blank or put n/a
13 - ?
13.1 - Art 13 - yes
Others not applicable
13.3 YES or NO
13.4 also YES?
and just to be sure 13 - ? and 13.2 - ?
13.1 art 13 yes
13.2 - n/a
Art 18 is non compliance.
You have complied
So, what answer I should put 13 - ?
Can I clarify anything for you about this today please?
13 - n/a
Because 10 my answer NO was incorrect and you put YES 10.1 and 10.2 should be answered aswell
10.1 only applies if they are a consumer, if not then you don't fill this in
So: 10 - yes; 10.1 - N/A; 10.2 - N/A? Correct?
Are they a consumer?
sorry, yes. You are right. No, they aren't consumer.
10.1 - No
10.2 - n/a
Can I leave empty blank 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124?
That is fine
What is correct court fee for EEO out of jurisdiction?
I dont know, you would need to ask the Court.
I rang the court today. Unfortunately they don't know. It seems that EEO is some kind of strange procedure for court's consultatnts. They advised to write an email to ccmcc customer service.
Sadly I don't know, I would call the Court as well.
I wrote it. But no answer yet.
But imagine £45 for an application on the papers
Send in a cheque for £45 and see what happens!
Ok. Hope they will answer my e-mail with correct fee.
I will quickly reviw EEO Cert quickly
5.3 I put N/A. Is that correct?
Yes because you do not have costs on the Judgment
I believe that we filled all the questions. Should I post all the docs as ussual to NORTHAMPTON CCMC, PO Box 527, Salford, M5 0BY?
One more quick question.
Do you know how long it could take to obtain EEO?
I.e. how long could take court procedures?
It depends, you shou;d
you should get this approved within a few weeks
that's resonable time

I just received a letter from the court stating that the Certificate is wrong.
I just attached copy of that letter.
Just to refresh your memory please find attached case documents:
Could you please review both attached files and provide information what is wrong?
As wrong advice caused delays and problems with my case at court I would like to get paid money back.
