I am in the process of a new business start up within the garden

Resolved Question:

I am in the process of a new business start up within the garden offices/studios/granny annexes sector. All our buildings will be bespoke and unique to each client. What kind of sales agreement/contract is preferable and although the buildings are bespoke can this contract be generic?

Hello,

Yes, you may use a generic set of terms of sale although the buildings will be bespoke.

E.g. See these terms, you may adopt your terms on the basis of these terms but please do not copy and paste them:

You should tailor the terms to suit your business.

Hope this helps
