Customer Question

In 2000 a work colleague made a wild and unsubstantiated accusation of bullying. This resulted in me being investigated and suspended without pay. The charge was dropped but as this went on for a year I had no option but to resign. Can I persue redress now.

Hello,

I am afraid you have left it too late to seek redress now. Any claim would be time barred now.

Sorry.

Hope this helps
