Customer Question

I have a hearing regarding a ten year old debt.. I have had a CCJ for this debt back in 2004 however a debt collection agency are still taking me to county court. The statue of limitations has also run out as no payment has been made since 2005. Can the Debt collection agency take me to court again although a CCJ has been previously issued

Ok.

But has there been no acknowledgement since? You haven't paid or offered payment at all since then?
