I am being threatened with action against me for printing images

Resolved Question:

I am being threatened with action against me for printing images of vintage motorcycles taken be me and selling them, by the importers of the current motorcycles. can they do this

If you took the photos of the motorcycles whilst standing on public land, and not from within the importers premises, then you have every right to take the photographs and sell them as copyright in the photographs you have taken belongs to you, and the importers cannot stop you from doing so.

Hope this helps
