i joint own a home but i havent live there in 6 years but my ex wants me to sign the house over to her and her new partner for no fee . we bought the house in 1996 for 37000 its value now is 115,000 her partner has been livng there 12 months now . they say iam entitled to nothing but i paid the morgage as she wasnt working just need some advice please
