I got divorced last year and due to illness I wasnt able to

Customer Question

I got divorced last year and due to illness I wasn't able to attend court on a 2/3 occasions and in the end the judge decided the outcome in my absence. The two big issues are:

1. The court gave my ex-wife our home, half my pension and an ordered me to return savings we had been given by my ex-mother in law during the good times. Quite a bit was spent whilst we were still married and I did bank a saving plan whilst were going through the divorce process.

2. I have been off work on long term sickness and have now been dismissed and I am trying to claim benefit.

3. I have been told by my ex-wifes solicitor to leave our home tonight, although I have never been served with a possession order. Help! Andrew
