Customer Question

I would like to ask... my father worked for the railway and paid into a high pension in which when he died in 2001 went to the next of kin in which was his father as he was not named on my birth certificate. I would like to know if myself and my dads brother had a DNA test to show he was my uncle would I stand a chance of getting anything from my grandfather. He past away last year and we where told we would get the pension money back in his will. but nothing has came of it. I would just like for me and my sister to have what is rightfully ours. Thankyou
