tdlawyer :

Hello, welcome to the website. My name isXXXXX can assist you with this.

tdlawyer :

It is possible to use evidence in civil proceedings which had been improperly obtained, as it sounds like this tape recording might have been.

tdlawyer :

You would not be able to take out a civil claim for them using the information in a personal injury trial I am afraid. The Court would be expected to address any issue of the wrongful obtaining of the tape in the personal injury proceedings.
